Firstly, I am not Thai – I’m a Vietnamese citizen. Secondly, I’m not the type to write reviews, nor am I someone who usually complains. But in this case, I feel it’s important to speak up.
I visited this restaurant and was initially greeted in Thai. I politely responded in English and even apologized, as I don’t speak Thai. Despite this, a female staff member continued to treat me with an incredibly rude attitude. She ignored me repeatedly when I asked for help, looked at me with clear disgust, and made no effort to understand me—even though I was using a translator (ChatGPT) to try and communicate respectfully.
When she did respond, her behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and made it feel like serving me was a burden. As a paying customer, that’s unacceptable.
