The best way I could describe this experience was a steak omakase, although in this case, we got to pick the steak cuts we wanted. If you can order the picanha, I would definitely recommend it.

All the steaks were cooked perfectly, and everyone had a good time, even if they knew a lot or a little about beef.

The hosts had great service and a good selection (multiple fridges) of drinks who made us feel very welcome.

Don't be fooled by the exterior if you walk past in the daytime. At night the shutters open and you can see just how well set up the restaurant is for a small gathering.

Private dining experience at the home of the kind and knowledgeable Khun Man and his wife. Call in advance to book and Man will reserve you the table (only 1 sitting per day) as well as reserve your parking space outside. He will prepare your choice of meat before blowing your mind with his steak skills! 10/10 for the filet steak and ribeye, knows which wine you will enjoy to pair with your meal or satisfy you with his beer selection. Enjoy the side salad and bread along with your steak and have a great laugh with his witty banter - my 2nd time in the space of 12 months there, well worth the trip from Bangkok! Located in Kanchanaburi, opposite the provincial train station, the steak kitchen serves on pre-booking only. Tonight we had 2 250g pieces: Full-blood Australia wagyu Picanha MBS9+ (Equiv. A5) and Full-blood Australia Wagyu Ribeye MBS6/7 (Equiv. A4). Other side dishes are Heirloom tomato, Green salad with homemade dips, triple butter buns with homemade paste, and Inaniwa cold noodles.
