Really amazing brioche style donuts. These are the real deal. Fluffy and just a little chewy. Their flavoring is also good. I tried the sea salt chocolate and the Kaya butter brûlée grilled caramelized with burnt sugar and butter. The butter were nice and thick and the pandan filling was not overly sweet. On my most recent visit, I ordered the vanilla custard. I really like all of the flavors but my favorite at the moment is the Kaya butter brûlée.

I visited the shop and found that it was also a coffee shop operating under the name Onion. They serve good filtered coffee here. They actually chill the coffee in a a cup that is partially submerged in an ice bath too cool it before pouring it over the drinking cup which is a very nice touch most coffee places don’t take the time to do.

Kaya Butter Brûlée: 9.5/10 -The pandan wasn’t very sweet and the butter thickeners added an interesting texture contrast to the cream and dough.

Salted Chocolate: 7.5/10 -Good but nothing special

Do not attempt to eat donuts in Bangkok unless you come here. Fried Chicken near home 🐔🐔🐔 I would say it is not bad at all. There are juiciness and flavour. But it lacks a bit of crispiness and the hot sauce, which is meant to be tremendous, is overwhelming. Ways too hot that it kills other flavours. The sandwich of mushroom, halloumi cheese, and fig jam is also enjoyable. Nice flavour and balance there but perhaps wrong choice of mushroom in my humble view. Did not try the donut though cos it ran out. All in all, pretty much average for this new joint.
