We got there around 10am...one Saturday. We ordered Fettuccine Bolognese...Breakfast Brioche...and Miss Salmon Benedict
Breakfast Brioche - terrible...guacamole topping not fresh...it came soggy...watery...and discolored as if it was made days ago and was left there for too long. With the price they're charging...they shouldn't be serving any leftover...but if they have to...they should cover it well...otherwise...
Fettucine Bolognese - very good and came with the right temperature.
Miss Salomon Benedict - cured salmon makes everything ok...though the English muffin was a little tough.
When the pasta came...it wasn't what we ordered...but instead it was spicy fettuccine meatballs...so we rejected the dish they brought to our table. However, the staffs kept returning to our table 3-4 times, insisting that we had ordered the meatballs dish. This happened with different staffs each time, and the last person to approach us was either the manager or possibly the owner. She said to us in not a very happy tone that we ordered the dish. Totally unacceptable.
While we understand that customers may not always be right, we were certain that we didn't order the spicy meatballs fettuccine. Anyhow...we could have accepted that dish we didn't order...if the staffs had approached us with a bit more humility and without showing signs of anger on their face.
Environment: inside - very crampy and noisy. Outside - very...
Read moreBabyccino in Bangkok, and it was a delightful experience! The café has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for families and children. The decor is colorful and playful, making it a great spot for kids to feel comfortable and entertained.
Drinks and Food: The babyccinos are simply adorable! They’re served in tiny cups, perfectly frothy, and topped with a sprinkle of cocoa powder. The taste is creamy and delicious, making it a hit with my little one. They also offer a variety of other drinks and snacks, and I couldn't resist trying their pastries, which were fresh and delightful.
Service: The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to interact with the kids, making our visit all the more enjoyable. It’s clear that they understand the needs of families and go out of their way to create a welcoming environment.
Child-Friendly Amenities: One of the highlights is the play area, which kept my child entertained while I enjoyed my drink. There are also kid-friendly seating options, making it easy for families to relax.
Overall Experience: Babyccino is a fantastic spot for parents looking to enjoy a coffee break while their kids have fun. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in Bangkok with little ones. The only downside was that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so arriving early is a good idea.
I look forward to...
Read moreI am writing to express my outrage after my recent visit. As a brunch enthusiast, I expect a certain standard, especially when searching for the best eggs benedict. My experience at your restaurant was nothing short of a disaster.
First, I ordered an omelette separately for extra protein after training, only for it to arrive before my eggs benedict. When I asked if they should be served together, the waitress took it back—only for the same omelette to show up alongside my eggs benedict.
Then, the eggs benedict truffle was an absolute low point. When I cut into the poached eggs, they were cold inside—truly cold. I told the waitress I had never been served cold poached eggs in my life. How can your establishment have such a shocking lack of standards? She offered to make a new one, but at that point, my mood was completely ruined.
The flat white was mediocre, although the latte art was nice.
I paid overpriced for this terrible experience and waited far too long for a receipt, leaving without it. This is unacceptable, and I expect you to take immediate action to rectify these issues. If you value your customers, you need to do better.
Ps : some advice about poached eggs : undercooked then slightly , chilled them in ice water and reheat them individually when you want to served. It might not the best way as im not a chef but it should be definitely better than how it...
