Such a great restaurant.

The staff is very service minded and makes you feel so welcome.

The coctail list is exstensive and has all the classics as well as a lot of signature coctails. You have to try the baby-martinis. 2-3 sips of bliss.

Tried 3 baby martinis, all extreamly well made. Little Italian Fashioned, Rye, Vermouth (house blended), Fernet & Sweet amaro. Mary had a little Calvados, they infuse the calvados with lamb. If that dont make you want one I dont know what will. Summer Spritz, passion fruit heaven

The food was as good as it gets.

We had Truffle toast, fluffy yet crispy and tasted great. Sechuan wings, I love wings and if not the best Its easy top 3 all time. My wife dont even like wings and still tried to steal a second wing from me Cevice, wife was extreamly happy with this one. Rosted carrots, realy jummy. Beef Tartare, also one of the absolutly best I tried in my life, a little bit spicy but soooo tasty crab sallad, wife said it tasted like heaven Beef & Broccoli (not on the meny), perfectly seasoned and again, super tasty! Banana bread with bacon ice cream, its bacon ice cream enough said, just buy it!

The chef is young and knows how to service. Good thing is that the chef likes to drink and can have a shot with you if you want haha. The bar manager who takes care of the drink really knows his stuff. AWESOME COCKTAIL PAIRING. I recommend to go for cocktail pairing when you have a chance to dine here.

We were neighbors for four years, but it has been only today, French Mother’s Day, we have paid a visit to Caper Cadence gourmet restaurant. We had a perfect time. The Caper Cadence team talks about the Host as “ an American progressive chef.” We can say everything is well made: the research of the ingredients, the quality of the dishes, the presentation, and the flavors! The staff is well trained, knowledgeable, and passionate, wines list and the sommelier service at the proper standards.
