Som Tum Udon — Restaurant in Ko Lanta Yai

My family and I had dinner at this restaurant and loved everything we ordered. We ordered some typical Thai favourites such as Rad Nah, Tom yum, red curry bamboo chicken, pad thai, Larb chicken with rice and mango sticky rice for dessert. We liked everything so much we came back for lunch the next day. This time we got som Tom thai and garlic beef with rice and some super delicious Thai ice teas. 4th week of June. Halal food option. They're open every day during this low season. 👍 Had local orange juice (ice blended slushie) & seafood + mushroom clear tomyum. Total THB 240. The delicious bowl of tomyam was a lot (requested for fish meat, prawns, squid & mushroom), luckily I didn't order steamed rice, as I won't be able to finish all & travel back to the hotel 😂 definitely will come here again before end of this trip.

One of the best meals we have EVER had in Thailand after 12 years of coming here! Everything was above our expectations. This little street side restaurant sandwiched between a gas station in one side and a big pizza place on the other is completely unassuming…but don’t be fooled, it’s going to surprise you!
