AVOID AT ALL COSTS….

Shame I have to rate this place so low as had such high expectations…. we read the reviews and really looked forward to eating here… unfortunately we never got the chance to eat due to owner being so rude to us when we turned up to eat… I asked to change something in my burger and he got extremely annoyed about it and started moaning… in the end we didn’t even end up ordering and walked out…. He has a ‘rules board’ which has some very extreme and crazy rules on about the food and does not budge… all of the burger names are also quite offensive to some people which I also found massively off putting.

The disrespect he has in his responses is awful… it’s clear to see the owner cannot handle constructive criticism very well… maybe if he was that concerned about reviews they would learn some manners and treat people...

Since the reviews made us come here in the first place our expectations were pretty high. besides the fact that the whole staff is just sitting around and staring into their phones, we were given a burger that wasn‘t well balanced and that could have easily been so much better. The beef was overcooked and tasted a lot like pepper plus the bread was too heavy and dry, which became even worse when i think about the amount of sauce they put into the burger (almost nothing). in total the burger was too dry and tasted too much like pepper. Additionally, if you include the prices into the review, everything gets even worse. In total it was to expensive for a burger that did not align with what we expected. In the end, what makes me give only one star is the fact, that we‘ve never paid more than here und still we had food before that was muuuuuch better.
