A Hidden Gem in Koh Samui - The Blind Tiger Restaurant: I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Blind Tiger restaurant in Koh Samui, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This hidden gem surpassed all of my expectations and left me with unforgettable memories.

From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was captivated by its unique ambiance. The Blind Tiger exudes a charming and cozy atmosphere, with its dim lighting and rustic decor. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and provided exceptional service throughout the evening. Their attentiveness and knowledge of the menu made me feel like a valued guest.

Now, let's talk about the food. The Blind Tiger offers a tantalizing array of dishes that cater to various palates. The menu features a fusion of Thai and international cuisines, showcasing the chef's creativity and expertise. Each dish I tried was a masterpiece, bursting with flavors and presented with impeccable attention to detail.

The flavors were harmonious and left me craving for more.

To complement the exquisite food, The Blind Tiger also boasts an impressive selection of beverages. Their cocktail menu is extensive, featuring creative concoctions that are both visually stunning and delicious. I particularly enjoyed their signature cocktail, the "Blind Tiger Martini," which was a perfect blend of fruity and refreshing flavors.

Furthermore, the restaurant's location adds to its charm. Nestled away from the bustling crowds, The Blind Tiger offers a serene and intimate dining experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends, this place is the perfect choice.

The Blind Tiger is a true hidden gem in Koh Samui. The combination of exceptional service, delectable food, and enchanting ambiance makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience. I cannot wait to return and explore more of their...

Wow!! What a place.

The simple and best way I can explain how good this place is that in the 2 weeks that we where in Koh Samui, This is the only place that we ate in twice!

We drove past it on our first day and it looked very chic and cool so we dropped in that night for dinner, to say we made a great choice would be a he understatement.

Although it was quiet as it doesn't have the sunset view that some of the other restaurants have in th area, I have got to say that everything else was top drawer.

Fantastic food, with a great choice of European/Western dishes some with an asian twist) and some classic Thai food along ih some more unusual but just as delicious options. the staff are very polite and knowledgable, nothing seems to be too much trouble. our 14yo son described the giant chips that came with his burger as "the greatest potato I have ever eaten" coming from Irish stock, that's quite some claim :-)

The drinks menu is also extensive, and you'd be a fool not to try their signature cocktails, we had the Yamaha Yuzu, a standout refreshing drink in the most amusing glass on the island.

Would I go back? in a heartbeat.

Fantastic food, people, atmosphere and prices vey...

Great potential that is not well exploited… Place looks classy ish - chesterfield sofas on which you are well sat - wooden table and floor - decor is nice Musical playlist is off and doesn’t coincide with the style of the place - I always have an issue with the music and really don’t understand why places like that aren’t investing time to create a great playlist - music does make the difference Waitresses appear to be a bit lost when they take the order - my cocktail took 15 min to arrive and the place wasn’t crowded Cocktails are tasty but way too much ice cubs are served in the glass Burger was just ok - meat was overcook but maybe they need to cook it as such (I wasn’t asked about the cooking style) - generous portion though and fries are really good! They allow dogs at night… this one kept barking and wandering across the restaurant the whole night..,and although I love dogs I really don’t think they should be allowed in such a place especially after 10pm when people get into a...

The amazing duo of Martin and Damian are back on the tools together so from arrival to departure a visit to Blind Tiger is full ofamazing visual, sensory, taste, tunes, and sips. The cocktail wizard has made his magic again, and if your not a cocktail fan their is Tiger on tap, local beers, wine by the glass and bottle. Martin has pulled all his asian inspiration together to create one flamboyant and tasty menu. Plateware curated to set the food presentation back drop of each dish beautifully. Taste bombs in each dish. The decor in the main restaurant, back bar garden area and even on the way to the toilets (yes look up) is brilliant. The vibe is chinese shop house, some Kill Bill yakuza looks, a Peacock Private dining room and some with thai feels. It's totally unique to Samui, buzzy and alive, dark yet ambient, seductive to the max, one visit wont be enough. Bravo boys.

4th time eating at Blind Tiger. Each time it’s been for the Sunday roast… The service was good, but it was surprisingly quiet in the restaurant on Sunday, particularly as it was a rainy day. We enjoyed the Carvery. I ate the vegan roast & my partner had a bit of everything else. My vegan roast was sliced very thin - so I asked for more. (Bit disconcerting that the server handled my vegan roast with the same gloves & knife he served the meat. Cross contamination is not great…) There was a big platter of veg - including red cabbage, peas, carrots, cabbage & another of cauliflower cheese & potatoes - roast & mashed. We caused a bit of confusion by asking for vegan gravy - as the server then took away my partners meat gravy & brought back veggie gravy. Rather than one of each. Expensive, but good food. You get what you pay for.
