Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting a quaint beer bar overseas that showcased a selection of fine beers from my home country. I indulged in a classic hot dog, which was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. Would rate lower if I could to be honest. Nice view is about it. Otherwise it felt like a total bait and switch. We were provided a food menu that had most of the items listed as not available. We were provided a draft beer list with about 20 beers, of which just 2 were available. They had mostly bottle beer, and a fairly limited selection. Maybe 30-40. Mostly Belgian. What they had was fine, but nowhere near what they advertised. The food was pretty mediocre. Hamburgers, spaghetti, etc. The experience is nowhere near the review score this has, and not a good value either. This restaurant is in the perfect location, in the heart of Bangrak and on the water's edge. It overlooks the pier and sunsets here are phenomenal. Perfect for catching a bite to eat and a beverage while waiting for your boat. But otherwise it's worth making a special trip to see the huge amount of imported craft beers! Probably the best cider I've ever tasted was at the recommendation of Sergej - who by the way is a gracious host!
