Great food and lots of options to choose from. There are extensive selections of seafood - notably in authentic southern Thai style - meat and vegetarian options. Choose from the many varieties of local fares; namely glass noodles with tiger prawns, octopus in coconut milk soup and spicy southern style curry minced pork / beef. There are also western options to choose from; the tuna steak I admit was nicely done. Decadent seafood selections such as lobsters are prepared and cooked southern Thai style.

When I was there, the restaurant was busy but able to accommodate big parties as the space is large and very even. Myself and friends had reserved the table right by the beachfront - incredibly nice to enjoy the beautiful dusk hours overlooking Bangrak beach.

The food was nicely presented and didn't take long to arrive, although, I feel the delivery may have lacked in terms of not all dishes arriving together or within closer time frame, which is a minor hiccup. The staff are attentive and always happy to get any extra bowls and cutleries required, and clear our table regularly.

Food was flavoursome how I expected from a well-known Samui restaurant brand. You can expect a delectable blend of sweet, sour and wild spice kicks the southern Thai style depending on your dish. You can specify the spice level when ordering, we got medium for most dishes and that was pretty spicy for us. Some dishes generally come with sauce with complements the dishes. Fancy open air and particularly excellent. This restaurant offers contemporary southern Thai food. Refined and flavorful. I enjoyed it very much. Smart seating accommodation. You can see a striking sea view. A neat table set up but I’d prefer a finer napkin. Service was impeccable. My attendants were polite and attentive. The manager was very friendly and hospitable. The food was served quickly. My jerky squid was one of the best that I’ve had. The crab meat curry was luscious and not too spicy. Sautéed pork with krill paste was a bit too sweet but it paired well with other spicy dishes. Fried white snapper with fish sauce infused was scrumptious. Stir fry pork rib bits with herbs and Chile seasoning ( คั่วกลิ้ง) was full flavor and aromatic. I ordered this dish from every southern restaurant that I’ve visited. Wow, wow, wow...... wonderful beachside setting ,open view evening dining experience.. Modern airy restaurant serving up delicious Thai food prepared in a uniquely traditional way. Ambiance was totally chilled with a view over the evening lights of BangRak bay. Romantic but definitely not smarmy is how I would describe the atmosphere at SabiangLe. The food could only be described as a wonderfully creative and well prepared interpretation of Thai food. Whole fried fish as well as the pork fried with shrimp paste. . Coconut milk shake and mango salad wow. Everything was delicious. It was extremely difficult not overordering in an attempt to try everything off of this creative menu. Service was impeccable.
