Ongsa Thaifood-Seafood — Restaurant in Ko Samui

I don’t write many reviews but this was necessary. My family and I are foodies and love Thai food. This was the first restaurant where we did not finish our food. It was inedible. I am not sure what is going on with the rave reviews but do not eat here. We paid 1750 baht for dinner for 4. About $50 USD. The whole fish tasted like there was mud in the meat, the garlic shrimp were bland at best. I would not go back if someone payed me. There are so many good Thai food restaurants on Samui with prices 1/3 to 1/4...

What an experience my family had here. From the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness and it continued throughout our visit. The food was amazing we had food from the breakfast menu and the waitress and waiters catered to our every need. They were particularly generous to our 4yr old and really spoiled her, they gave her a delicious ice cream when we were leaving free of charge. Saying that the food was very tasty and fresh I would definitely recommend a visit .We will definitely return....

The food was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavourful, and well priced. It ended up being one of our favourite meals during our two-week stay in Thailand. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience.
