In summary, great place in the day time, a bit awkward and empty in the evenings.
We’ve been to this venue on two occasions once during the day and once in the evening for the Sunday fire show.
Good points and bad points on both occasions.
Firstly, on the design of the place it is absolutely stunning with one major and dangerous flaw.
The flooring is made up of large formed blocks which look great, but the blocks all have slightly different heights, meaning they are very easy to trip on. My partner fell over and grazed his toe and was embarrassed. The staff member who came to help was incredible. My son tripped and stumbled. And during our day there, we saw three other people stumble. You need to be careful. I think wearing flip-flops is not advisable. The design is intentional and does look amazing. Once you know about it you can mind your step.
In the pool, there are lots of hidden steps which are hard to see as there are no step edgings or colour changes between the steps, so good luck when you’re trying to look elegant, and try not to fall although it can be quite amusing even when it happens to you.
On the day we spent there we paid 5000 THB minimum spend for a pod which we felt was fair personally. This was for four adults. One note is this is a family place which accepts even young children and there were lots of young children on our visit so it can be quite intense with kids running around. it’s nice. They allow children but I think children under 10 for a place like this is challenging. But as I say when we went, there just happened to be so many young children under 7 years of age or so and this might not be the norm.
The Sun lounges in the pod were extremely dirty. We looked to switch to another part, but they were all the same. It’s important to use the towels that they provide you to cover the sun loungers as it’s unhygienic.
During our day, we had pizzas and can highly recommend them. They have a huge woodfired pizza oven. The golden monkey ale is gorgeous. Cocktails are fantastic and especially the Aperol Spritz. The food and drink menu is really fairly priced.
Staff were lovely and really attentive.
At night time, the place has the most amazing lighting. It looks sensational.
We went for our second visit to the fire show which they have on Sunday evenings. it’s a large place and with only a handful of people it felt very empty and awkward. We went down to watch the fire show. The only seating was the lounges on the beach, but they mostly had closed parasols on them. A member of staff did come over to move them but they had bits of sand on them. Ark Bar for example is constantly sweeping the loungers. The fire show had only just started. For such a large venue it was very standard for Samui and with only 10 or so guests it was a bit awkward. We only stayed for about 7 minutes as the staff were watching the fire show and we didn’t get offered a drinks menu. We left and went elsewhere.
In our honest opinion this is brilliant day club with a few issues. Definitely not somewhere we would ever go back to for an...

In the bustling kingdom of Pizzaria, my noble companion and I embarked on a quest for the fabled Pizza Diavola—a pie whispered to breathe fire upon the tongues of the brave.
Alas! What sorcery is this? Instead of the fiery beast we sought, we were served a mild-mannered pastry more fit for a hobbit’s tea party than a warrior's feast. The "spicy" salami and pepperoni were about as intimidating as a kitten in chainmail. Honestly, a Margherita might have offered more danger.
Yet not all was lost. The dough! Ah, the dough! Thin and crispy like elven flatbread, with a crust so fluffy it could have been woven by cloud nymphs. A true delight for the teeth, if not the taste buds.
Most enchanting of all were the staff—smiling villagers who welcomed us into their hearth with such warmth, I briefly forgot I was betrayed by pepperoni.
Three stars for the journey, the dough, and the joy. But heed this warning, fellow adventurers: if it’s spice you seek, bring...
Read moreI ordered the Ahi Gambas (370 baht), Wagyu Burger (470 baht), and Chicken Waffles (350 baht). The setting and decor, along with the wonderful outdoor area featuring an aqua bar, were superb. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the ambiance.
The Ahi was acceptable, but the burger and waffles were reminiscent of something from a home economics class—flavorless and poorly presented. Both dishes looked fatigued, with the burger buns dry and cold to the touch and the meat grey and unappetizing. We couldn’t even finish the waffles.
I might consider giving the place one last try for their pizza, as they have an impressive outdoor oven, but I’m in no hurry to return. That said, the outdoor area is worth visiting—sit poolside, soak up the sun, and enjoy the music.
On a positive note, the front-of-house staff was attentive and seemed...
