A-One Restaurant — Restaurant in Krabi Province

This was not my first visit to this restaurant. I had visited once before and was very impressed with the meal that I had so I returned and I decided to take some friends who tried several dishes including barbecue ribs, which were slow cooked over 2 hours and its end result was tenderness and flavor. The second dish was a club sandwich was absolutely amazing with perfectly cooked French fries. The sandwich was absolutely amazing with lean bacon. The third dish was a Bolognese with garlic bread. And the 4th dish was a Caesar salad with a poached egg. All meals were absolutely amazing and so well presented. It is nice to go to a restaurant where everything is so well presented, clean and with pleasant service. It's also good to go to somewhere where you are served by the owner who is super attentive and super nice. But most of all when the food is this good it only makes you want to try everything on the menu and I will be back many times taking people with me and advocating the success of A-One Restaurant. This amazing restaurant is located just opposite the Ao Nang Marko supermarket. A short distance from the main beach road. It is well known in the local expat community for the best English breakfast in town and that is in fact wonderful but that is only one item on their extensive menu. Offering both Thai and Western food this restaurant will never disappoint. I have had 2 visits this week and on both occasions been more than impressed. Firstly the A- One pizza is super good, their BBQ spare ribs are to die for, the Pork Belly is on another level, the Pork Lab just perfect, Panang curry can be as mild or spicy as you want it but my absolute favourite has to be their fish and chips. The restaurant has a full bar menu, great selection of cocktails, a modern design, with attentive English speaking staff. Prices here are very competitive compared to other places. It is also important to note that the owner is there each day to greet her customers, something you don't see in most places in a tourist town. I probably ate here more than any other restaurant in my 2 months in AoNang. Large menu selection and out of all the menu items I tried, all were good. I read many reviews on different restaurants and tried many hamburgers in the area and quite honestly the price, taste, and quality of the meat here was the best burger for me and it added up to 50-100+ baht cheaper than the others I tried. Most of the negative reviews I read were over 3 years old but the mango shake was not too sweet, nor were any juices I received.
