A funky, insta-worthy and somewhat cosy seaside restaurant and cafe with local and international inspired takes on local cuisine! Desserts and drinks to suit most tastes too.

Parking: free roadside parking available

Prices: will be pricier compared to most restaurants. I'd say $$$$ but definitely not fine dining prices!

Family/ kid friendly: Definitely a nice place for families to hang out, yet without disturbing other patrons. Plenty of seating available. Food wise too you should be able to find options for the kids. Sandwiches, non spicy noodles, pasta etc.

Ambience: outdoor w fans and indoor air conditioned all available. Make sure you explore the beach side and the restaurants roof top walk to take some lovely memories with your loved ones!

Service: excellent, prompt and friendly as can be expected for Thailand.

Food: truly extensive w local and international choices. Ice cream, Desserts etc. One may have qualms that the local dishes aren't totally authentic. But it is after all an establishment designed w a slightly modern take on the food and to cater to more tourists...

Disappointing Experience Despite a Beautiful Location

The restaurant is beautifully located with a stunning view of the ocean – a setting that promises a great dining experience. Unfortunately, everything else fell far short of expectations.

The service was downright terrible. The waitstaff were barely present, and we struggled repeatedly to get anyone’s attention. The dish I originally ordered couldn’t be made due to a lack of ingredients – something I was only informed about after a long wait. I then ordered the same dish my son had received, only to wait another 30 minutes. By the time I gave up and asked for the bill, my children had long finished eating, and I still hadn’t been served any food.

A small but telling detail: my daughter ordered a mocktail that was supposed to be served in a coconut, according to the menu. It arrived in a regular glass with no explanation.

All in all, a deeply disappointing experience. Poor communication and absent service ruined what could have been a lovely meal. We won’t...

A reliable local beachside establishment serving fresh and tasty authentic Thai food. The staff or friendly and attentive. The menu is varied with plenty to suit all, plus an excellent bar and a talented local musical playing live most evenings. We ate here three times while staying at the Sofitel. The soft shelled carb dishes are awesome. The chilli basil stir fries are also delicious. The atmosphere is best described as slightly rustic beach club with verandas that look out over the beach or across lush foliage. Another reviewer aptly described it as “shabby chic”. If you’re looking for a reliable, trusted local eatery offering authentic food and an atmospheric dining experience then this is your best option in town.
