Caramel restaurant — Restaurant in Krabi Province

I came here after a coffee festival held on the banks of the river in Krabi Town. Caramel had a stall selling cookies, patisseries plus hot and cold chocolate from a variety of local, single origin chocolate producers.

Their cookies are absolutely sensational. 100% recommended. Go there and buy cookies immediately.

When I was there, I also ordered a young coconut cake. The sponge was a little dense and over sweet. It was lacking that luscious young coconut flavour.

The Spaghetti bolognaise was totally acceptable, if a little watery and lacking some seasoning.

I will 100% be back for their amazing cookies and I look forward to trying other items...

Terrible Experience – Got Food Poisoning!

I had an avocado toast at this place, and it was the worst decision ever. A few hours later, I got severe food poisoning – nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, the full package. Clearly, the ingredients were not fresh or handled properly. This is completely unacceptable for a place that serves food!

I will never eat here again and would strongly advise others to stay away. If they can’t ensure basic food safety, they shouldn’t be in business. Avoid at all costs!

beautiful instagrammy cafe with lots of choice in breakfast, lunch, brunch, meals, and many drinks including coffees, shakes, chocolate milk and many more. They have a beautiful menu card with English description and great photos of the dishes. The staff speaks little English, but good enough to order.
