MAE RADA — Restaurant in Krabi Province

I typically don't leave bad reviews, but I felt like this place was just THAT BAD. Out of all the restaurants i ate during my trip to Thailand, this was hands down the worst in terms of flavor and service. The waiter/owner ran the restaurant like he was Gordon Ramsey himself. Constantly yelling at his kitchen staff and treating our group like we were second class citizens. People who came in after us received their food way before we did. I ordered the fried chicken appetizer as a starter and it was super dry. The chicken was obviously freezer burned yet they still used it. One person from our group ordered a dish and didnt recieve it at all. Another person ordered steam rice and it took over 15+ minutes to get. If you are of pale skin complexion then you might get better service here however if you're anything else then Goodluck, as you'll likely have to wait very long to get your food. Definitely not coming back here and wouldn't...

I was so happy to find this place! I spend so much time and looked to so many options (didn’t feel like eating outside, which most of places are set up like this) and decided to try this one. We came 2 times during our stay in Krabi and would have gone again if we had more days. The service was amazing and very attentive, q big thanks to Ui, that helped us both nights. Location is very modern, clean and very comfortable. They exuded Thai hospitality. The food was amazing and you must try their fried fish and sticky rice. Their mango sticky rice is superb! Don’t miss this place if you are in Krabi. Thank you Ka 🙏🏻 for all the delicious food...

The food and presentation were really good, but we ordered one banana caramel pancake which didn’t arrive with the ice cream, we had to give it back to put ice cream on the plate. We had had ordered two acai bowls, they arrived super late more than 45min and 25min after the pancake. Besides all that, we saw the men who prepares breakfast handling money with costumers and then kept going with the breakfasts without washing his hands, that means they aren’t complying the food and safety. This is my experience in this place and I won’t visit it again...
