JESEAO 2 — Restaurant in Krabi Province

Make sure after you leave this restaurant to count your fingers..!! The food was below average my wife had spaghetti that came on a big plate but with the smallest portion ever seen, my pizza was ok ,the drinks were warm..we asked for extra ice brought by two waitresses that both were doing us a favour to fulfill our wish as customers.. totally unfriendly and unprofessional behaviour.. The best part was when I tried to pay with card and that Indian supervisor came to ask me for 4% extra because the bill was 490 BT and according to him the 4% is waived only for bills above 500bt..I asked him were was it written anywhere on the menu or anywhere in the restaurant.. the answer was that it is an unwritten law in Krabi.. how ridiculous someone can be really..!!There are so many other restaurants around just keep out of this...

Poor service, underaverage food - one order didn‘t come at all, six staff members were chatting and laughing in a corner but not reacting on us waiting. When we claimed we were still waiting, they started preparing the dish - so the other dish was long cold already. Also the pizza didn‘t taste like anything and looked different from the pictures (missing ingredients). The only special request (no oregano) was ignored (lots of oregano). Overall not a good experience, especially due to the non-responsive...

I don’t recommend this restaurant. We had order pasta carbonara and pizza prosciutto and tomato soup. Tomato soup was average. Pizza wasn’t prosciutto, at all, just few pcs cheap ham was on the top. Pasta carbonara - same ham like in prosciutto pizza instead of bacon and taste like instant food from supermarket. And price was for that quality really high.
