Chinda Mala Hotpot is a fantastic place for hotpot lovers, especially if you enjoy the numbing spiciness of Mala. The unique conveyor belt system makes it super fun to pick out fresh ingredients as they pass by. I loved that everyone gets their own individual hotpot, so you can customize it exactly to your taste.

The soup base I chose had the perfect balance of spice and flavor, and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The homemade dipping sauce was a highlight—it added an extra kick to everything. The restaurant was quite busy, so there was a short wait, but the staff were friendly and efficient.

เอาจริงคือแค่อยากมาลอง เพราะปกติมาทีไรเห็นคนรอคิวเต็มหน้าร้านตลอด

วันนี้ผ่านไปสัก 11 โมงกว่า ไม่ค่อยมีคนรอหน้าร้าน เลยจัด แต่พอเข้าร้านไปคือชั้น 1 เต็มแล้ว ต้องไปนั่งชั้น 3 (มีคนนั่งเกินครึ่ง)

ระบบอาหารของร้านนี้เป็น "สุกี้สายพาน" (conveyor belt) มีผัก เนื้อ ลูกชิัน ตั่ง ๆ เราก็เลือกหยิบตามใจชอบ สินค้าจะมี 4 ราคา 5 / 10 / 20 / 30 โดยแบ่งตามสีภาชนะ

เรื่อง #ราคา กะแล้วว่าไม่ถูก แต่พอมากินจริงแพงกว่าที่คิดไว้มาก (ทีแรกไม่รู้ว่า มีค่าน้ำซุป (40) น้ำจิ้ม (39) แยกต่างหาก)

ตัวน้ำซุปจะมีให้เลือกเกือบ 10 ชนิด ส่วนน้ำจิ้มก็เป็นแนว DIY มีเคาเตอร์ให้เราไปผสม/ปรุงเองได้เลย

ช่วงที่ไปนั่งกินใหม่ ๆ คนยังไม่เยอะ หายใจสะดวก นั่งไปสักพักมีคนมาเพิ่มจนชั้น 3 เต็ม เริ่มรู้สึกอบอ้าว (ขนาด พนง. ร้านเองยังบ่นว่าร้อน แอร์น่าจะเย็นกว่านี้)

อาหารรวม ๆ ก็โอเค ของเยอะพอสมควร มีน้ำซุปน้ำจิ้มหลากหลาย

โดยรวม น้ำซุป/น้ำจิ้มให้ 8/10 ส่วนวัตถุดิบให้ 7/10 บริการให้ 8/10

ทีแรกคิดว่าราคาจะ 200-250 แต่ตอนบิลมา 299 จัดว่าแรง (ไม่ได้คำนวณค่าน้ำซุป/น้ำจิ้ม ที่รวมกัน 79 บ.)

เป็นร้านที่มากินเปิดประสบการณ์ ดูว่าวัยรุ่นเขากินอะไรกัน ก็โอเค แต่ด้วยราคาที่แพงเกินคาด รสชาติก็อร่อยโอเค(แต่ไม่ถึงกับว้าว) เลยคิดว่าในงบเท่ากัน อาจไปกินหม่าล่า La Meow ที่อร่อยกว่า ถ้าชอบรสชาติจัดจ้านก็ไปสะโบมั้ย (ร้านหม่าล่าของกอล์ฟ ฟักกลิ้ง) หรือถ้าเน้นปริมาณก็ไปกิน สุกี้ตี๋น้อย คุ้มกว่า (นี่เป็นสาเหตุที่ตี๋น้อยยังขายได้ เพราะคนไปกินจินดาแล้ว ถ้าไม่ได้รสชาติถูกปากจริง ๆ ไปร้านอื่นคุ้มกว่า อร่อยกว่า นั่งสบายกว่า)

You can have a choice of soup & dipping sauce. If you are new comers for the super hot soup, I would recommend level 1 for Mala Soup (2 is extra hot). Foods are on the conveyor belt (same as Sushi) with different colours of skewers to calculate the price when you done.
