Munch Box By Nidhi — Restaurant in On Nut Subdistrict

While the food at Munch Box was tasty, I have to say that the service was incredibly disappointing. I decided to try their Cobb salad, but what I received was completely different from what was described on the menu. To my surprise, most of the ingredients were missing, and the staff failed to inform me about this before I placed my order.

It would have been much better if they had said something like, "Oh, sorry, but we actually ran out of avocado, radish, and several other ingredients required to make that salad. Could you please choose something else?" In that case, there wouldn't have been a problem. Unfortunately, they didn't take this initiative, and I ended up with a plain lettuce salad dressed with plain oil. It was a letdown, to say the least.

What disappointed me even more was the apparent reluctance of the staff to interact with the customers. It felt as though they were afraid to communicate and provide necessary information. A little transparency and communication could have made a big difference in my dining experience.

In conclusion, although the food at Munch Box was good, I cannot overlook the poor service I encountered. The lack of ingredient availability and the staff's failure to inform me in advance left me feeling disappointed. I hope they address these issues and improve their service in the future, as it has the potential to be a great restaurant if they focus on customer...

I Am not Vegan , but after tonight I could completely switch to it ! The love and care of Chef Owner Nidhi and her Team that majestically created Indian classic flavors and scents in all 100% vegan is just amazing , I have been cooking and managing kitchen a bit every continent and I must bow to this creative , well designed and food , our party was of 3 and the attention to details is top notch . service extremely attentive and very polite , not to mention the Mock tails that was serve to me . Well Done Mrs Nidhi , I will leave Bangkok and remember your cuisine for ever . Hope you could open one in the north , that would be very convenient for who lives there and truly appreciate the artistry of cooking with passion . Well done...

I visited here recently with The Bangkok Vegan Meetup group, this vegan restaurant has a large menu with a good variety of cuisines inc: Indian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese and Thai. I ate the vegan butter chicken and naan. It was a good portion size and wasn't too spicy. I also ate the masala poppadoms which were beautifully displayed but really messy to eat. Other members ordered from the Mexican and Italian options. Their food was a reasonable size for the price.

I didn't give them 5 stars due to the time we waited for our food. If you are a large group, I 'd recommend pre ordering as some of our dishes took over...
