Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our visit to Miss Saigon was so appalling it demands attention.

From the moment we sat down, the server’s attitude was cold, dismissive, and clearly money-focused. There was no hospitality, just impatience and rudeness. Things quickly went from bad to worse when she brought food we didn’t order, then snatched it off the table and threw it away in full view, as if we had done something wrong. There was no apology for the mistake, just hostility and eye rolls.

As for the food? A disgrace to Vietnamese cuisine. It arrived cold, stale, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Nothing had the freshness, flavor, or care that defines authentic Vietnamese cooking. Honestly, I’ve had better from a gas station.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are so many better options. Miss Saigon is not worth your time, money, or dignity.

As for the woman who served us, the kind, old lady act was nothing more than a facade. You deserve what you put out...

Food was very plain. We ordered sugar cane minced shrimp set, spring rolls, and Vietnamese shrimp crepe. The restaurant forgot to make the crepe, so we just took it to go. The sugar cane shrimp set had a lot of vegetable, but very little vermicelli, and the sugar cane minced shrimp was extremely tasteless. The spring rolls rice paper wrapping was very chewy, there was barely any meat in it, and I could only taste the lettuce. No other discernible taste for the spring roll. The restaurant owner was just plain rude. She accidently brought us 2 orders of spring rolls. When she realized the second set was a mistake, she angrily yanked it off our table, and threw it into the trash. Just witnessing the reaction was enough for me to never come back into...

This is not autentic vietnamese pho.this is thai noodle soup.they tryed to copy pho flavor but this is not even close.they dont cook stock for sure as it propertly should be done.instead feels like they use pho style powder they put in water.everything from taste to souses is not autentic.when we came in we had to walk to kitchen to have people serve us has to wait.sause if not hoisin and sriracha as sopouse to but thai sause with chili and sugar absolutely not suiteable for this soup.bean sprouts i couldnt even look at they were so old and sogy absolutely disgusting 🤢 i would be shy to give people food like that. so if u looking for autentic pho look somewhere else.old vegetable makes it even more no...
