I didn’t want a leave a bad review as they seemed like nice people but honestly this is the worst haircut I have ever had. Asked for a Simple short back and sides with square blend and I wanted to keep the length on top. Showed four pictures of myself with the haircut I wanted.

Got a rounded blend with the temple corners hacked off diagonally, several centimetres cut off the top, one side is longer than the other and one side has a thick clear line where it wasn’t blended at all. And so on. The senior barbers fled the shop when I arrived, didn’t return until their clients arrived and left me alone with a cutter who had absolutely no idea what she was doing; nobody even asked me if i was happy with the haircut before i left. I have tried to find a way to style it but it looks ugly no matter what I do.

was offered a free haircut as an Apology but that is of no value given the damage is already done. Very poor experience I advise you go somewhere else. I got the impression that they have absolutely no idea what they are...

I am sharing this review on behalf of my husband. Since moving to BKK, he has had some difficulty finding a barber or hair stylist that could take on this thick, curly hair. He likes a bit of length and did not want a super short cut or fade. After researching quite a few stylists and reaching out to them, Hair & Stache was one of the only shops that was able to accommodate his hair type and length preference. He left SO happy with his shaped up cut and said he did not feel pressured to go shorter. He reported all of the staff members were really friendly, the location was clean, and that he will definitely continue to go back! His hair looks great! Communication from start to finish was top notch, and you can tell they value customer service relationships....

I approach every new haircut venue with immense apprehension, as my head of hair is an absolute challenge for any barber who's unfamiliar on how to handle it.

The barber who attended to me listened to my requirements and delivered results to a tee.

I have to say, I left the barber shop incredibly impressed and highly satisfied of the attention to quality and service delivery, Hair & Stache lives up to its constant and stellar reviews!

For those who lamented that their prices are too steep have obviously not had their hair cut in other Asian cities. This will be my go-to from now on, and I don't reside anywhere...
