Visited this place last week for lunch after watching so many 5 star reviews but was disappointed. Food didn’t taste good. Masala papad was such a mood downer. The staff looked so disinterested. There were 2 foreigners on another table having Indian food. While leaving one of them greeted the staff saying Namaste, but the waitress just smiled. It is such a shame that we cannot even carry our culture but just want to run Indian business outside India. We should learn something from Thai people who are so proud of their language, culture and greet everyone so politely! “Oh, what a treat this place was! Some guy at the door practically begged us to come in, forgetting to mention they were closing in 30 minutes—unlike every other spot open till 2 AM. They rushed us to order fast, and served up the saddest reheated frozen junk—dry, tasteless, and totally gourmet, if you’re into trash. The staff? Lovely. Switched off the lights, even by our table, while we were still eating, basically screaming at us to get out.
