Stayed for a week
Cons:
Most employees were expressionless and not friendly. They didn't even say hello when we cross each other on the premises. They seemed to be working with no efforts and half hearted.
What happened to the "Where is Thai smile?"
Most of the hotel staff seemed to have difficulties communicating in English.
The rooms have thin walls; I can hear the conversations from next room, the sound of making out and the use of the toilet.
Room wasn't very clean and untidy When we checked in the room first day We could smelled the cigarette smoking.
There were group of Chinese guests and they talked very loud late at night (until 2am, I had to call the front desk to disturbing of sound, afterwards it finally quite down a little) They also smoke in the room terrace. This building was smoke-free building! The hotel seemed to neglect all of those matters.
With windows closed the sounds of motorcycles and cars from outside were very loud. Can even hear sound of whistles and the sound of the pool air compressor from the hotel next to Terra Nara.
There are only a few hotel guests even on Christmas holidays and it gave the eerie vibes to hotel.
Breakfast had only few dishes on the menu and quality of the foods were very poor and not much of taste to them. Also, somedays the foods has an unpleasant smell especially over cooked bacon and dried out of rice, breads. It seemed that the same foods were served repeatedly many days just reheated or adding things. The coffee and a few beverages were The worst taste I ever had in anywhere else!
There was no kitchenette in the room and the refrigerator is very small and it didn't work properly it keep things just cool not cold.
There were only beds and two very small end tables in the room. Which it was very inconvenient for unpacking the luggage (no luggage rack at the hotel) during our stayed. Because of lack of furnished in the room there were no sitting chair or table we had to sit up on the beds very uncomfortably. The room lights were very dimmed.
The smell of bathroom was so bad it smell like sewer. (The hotel just offered to clean it and pour the cleaner stuff inside of toilet tank)
The swimming pool and lobby look pretty for photo shoot, but not suitable for swimming and relaxing.
The Wi-Fi connections at the public area outside the room keeps disconnected after not using for a few minutes and needs to log back by signing in passward and user ID again.
I had uesed the purified shower head filter. Only few days of using the shower head filter it turned black!
Pros: Hotel was located in convenient area to get around the city.
The bottom line :
I've been to Thailand many times, but this is the first time I've seen such a low-quality hotel.
Very disappointing
This hotel is not the 5 stars.
It's worse than a typical 3 star hotel in Thailand.
The hotel is too close to the roads
The hotel is not neat and tidy for what the hotel claims to be.
I was dumbfounded by the higher price for such a low-level hotel.
I had a good trip in Bangkok.
This hotel ruined my trip in Pattaya.
It's not worth even give 1 star score. I think the hotel deserves any...

Disadvantages: Most employees are blunt and expressionless and have angry face. Unfriendly and Not friendly. They do not even say hello. Work mechanically like a robot. They don't care what the customer wants at all.
Where is Thai smile?
Half of the staff have difficulty communicating in English. The room is not soundproof at all. I can hear the conversation in the next room, the sound of sex, and the use of the bathroom etc. Room cleaning is rough. There are a lot of Chinese guests and they gather to chat and smoke on the terrace. You can hear the sound of motorcycles and cars on the outside road, the whistles of the hotel next door and the sound of the pool compressor. There are no customers even on Christmas weekend, so the atmosphere is sloppy. Breakfast doesn't have many kinds of food, and it's not delicious because it's roughly made. The quality of the breakfast ingredients is also very low and sometimes has an unpleasant smell. The food that came out yesterday has changed a little, they seem to use yesterday foods again today. There aren't many kinds of drinks available for breakfast, and coffee and tea don't taste good. There are no kitchen facilities in the room and the refrigerator is very small and the performance is bad. There are few devices and furniture available in the room, so the room feels empty and uncomfortable. The room lights are dim. The bathroom in the room smells very bad in the sewer. It is inconvenient for 2 people to eat together in the room due to the lack of chairs and tables. The swimming pool and lobby look pretty but not suitable for swimming and relaxing. There are not enough sun beds and parasols. The Wi-Fi connection in the public space outside the room keeps disconnected and needs to be reconnected on and on. I was putting a filter on the shower head. The water supply is in such a bad condition that both filters turn black in a week.
Advantages: The location is good.

Read moreWe booked 4 rooms for 8 guests and had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. From the moment we checked in, it was disappointing. The toilet in our room had pee around it, and when we asked housekeeping to clean it, they used the same sponge to wipe inside the toilet and then used that same sponge to clean our drinking glasses—absolutely disgusting and completely unhygienic for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 stars.
The room we were given was not even the same as what was advertised on Booking.com. When we complained, the staff flat-out refused to change it. This kind of false advertising is unacceptable.
Breakfast was another scam. Our booking on Booking.com clearly included breakfast for 2 adults per room at a price of ~$20 AUD (400 baht), yet the hotel tried to charge us double (800 baht instead of 400) saying it was per person. Only after arguing did they finally agree that it should be included for 2 guests.
The hotel charges for the most basic items. No toothbrushes or basic amenities were provided—something even budget hotels offer—and then they had the audacity to charge 20 baht for a toothbrush. For a so-called 5 star hotel, this is beyond ridiculous.
To make matters worse, they tried to charge us 250 baht for a pillowcase they claimed was dirty, when in fact it was already stained because their cleaning service is far below any acceptable standard.
On top of all this, the place was eerily empty—there was not a single other guest in the entire hotel. It felt like a dead, haunted house, and it’s no wonder why: the experience is far below expectations, dishonest, and unsanitary.
Too bad we are leaving to return to Australia, otherwise we would have taken court action against this hotel for their disgusting cleaning practices and the way they jeopardize customer health and safety just to save money on proper cleaning products.
Overall, this hotel is misleading, unhygienic, and constantly trying to overcharge guests. Definitely not a 5 star experience—more like below 1 star. I strongly recommend...
