The food was good But the service was terrible and they overcharged me knowingly. I ordered a special which was stir fry pork with rice and a drink. The waiter came and brought me water. I told him I ordered Coke and I could hear the other waiter in the background laughing. It was clear that was the plan. Food came and it was good. The bill came and it was 215 but the special was 200. The waiter said where do you see 200? By the way I noticed while I was eating he took one of the food Billboards and placed it over top of the daily specials so it wasn't visible. So I got up walked over removed the other board and showed him where it was.

In the end I paid them anyway because it was only 15 Thai baht. I guess that's what happens when you eat at Waterfront locations. It's a shame because the food was good but right from the get-go the atmosphere was hostile. Really no need for it.. very short minded. What a disappointment! Service staff terribly unfriendly, manager slept in a chair and snored! Needed to go to staff to order a Soda. Food: Ordered medium beef steak, came a totally dried out fully cooked kind of Burger Patty (same size and weight, for sure less than 100 g) with a pepper sauce so sour, that this for sure stayed openly in the kitchen for several days. My wife and I have eaten at many of the restaurants along Jomtien Beach Road - this was our first visit to this restaurant and it was rather disappointing. The restaurant is in a good location and clearly quite popular with tourists. Prices are mid-range. Unfortunately the food was rather poor.
