Haveli Indian Restaurant Pattaya - Best Indian Food Restaurant — Restaurant in Pattaya City

We had a very bad experience at this place for a lunch as we found a stapler in the rice served with our ordered Punjabi thali. We had very high hopes with this restaurant seeing the reviews and pictures but the lady at the reception after finding the steel wire in the rice wasn't cooperative to do anything except apologising. We ordered one thali to see how it tastes, when we found it to be okay, we ordered same thali again. However we were not served the same sabji on repeat order.When asked for the reason behind it- the lady mentioned that the cook who made your first thali left and we felt that the gravy in the second thali order was a non veg gravy. There were no tissues to wipe your hand in the hand wash area. The only thing receptionist could do for this bad experience was to compensate us with a free pan. Overall disgusting experience with the hygiene and quality of food. Not recommended at all. If I can say in a better phrase is Haveli ke naam pe dhabba hai...

Beautiful interior, polite and attentive hostess. Unfortunately, these are all positives. It is immediately clear that people did not study the restaurant business. The dishes from the table are replaced by waiters with new ones when guests arrive. Huge menu who came up with? They are not comfortable to use. It's not even comfortable to put it on the table. The waiter does not write down the order, but remembers it, this is a mistake, they don’t do that. Tikka chikken massala with sharp bones, it is inconvenient to eat, the knife was not put, the sauce is not soft, there is no creaminess. Out of 3 pieces of chicken, 2 are bones. Disappointment. This dish costs 240 baht. Not tasty at all. The naan are not salted, dryish, the onion is not fried. Urgently replace the cook chef, he will destroy your business. I had a wonderful experience at Haveli Beach Road, Pattaya. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality.
