Mister Pizza — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Found this Mister Pizza nearby my hotel at Seven Seas / Jomtien. My wife and I ordered a large (32cm) Frutti di mare to shared plus drinks. This sure was a very unique experience of having pizza in Thailand:

1. The large pie was served to us on a smaller plate therefore the partial edge of the pizza was actually touching the table. We figured the chef owner may have a sloppy bad day.

2. The entire large pie had only 2 shrimp, the rest of ingredients are crab imitation. YES ...only 2 regular medium size shrimp & fake carb meat. We each had ONE shrimp for dinner.

Absolutely terrible – it's the worst pizza place I've ever experienced. The pizza dough had a musty smell, and when we reported it, they not only rejected our complaint but also argued against it. In disbelief, we even took the pizza back and suggested they try it themselves, yet they insisted it didn't have a bad smell. Speechless. It's truly unfortunate to encounter such a situation, and their solution only evades responsibility. It's unsurprising that this remains a small shop, and the same applies to the waitress managing the order and handling the situation. Working as a waitress in this small shop appears to be the best fit for her. Therefore, good luck...

Went here to try the pizza after reading good reviews. The place was basically empty, no other customers but there was a lot of staff, still no one came out to welcome us or say hello. After we ordered and got our things, and even when paying the bill, no one in the staff had a smile or a single word to say. Nobody asked how the food was.

We ordered a salad, a Calzone and a lasagna. The salad had pickled (or expired?) carrots on it, which made it inedible. And my Calzone wasn't made properly, the mushrooms were put on the top when preparing, so they were completely raw.
