The Mix — Restaurant in Pattaya City

The Mix, is the BEST cafe in this entire area, I'm going to say all of Thailand for us! Not only is the food all amazing, & my husband and I have coming here daily for almost two weeks, the staff are all kind!! 🙏 Have had the pleasure of meeting the owner and all the ladies that work here are just incredible!! The atmosphere is so welcoming with little touches like hand crocheted drink coasters, & tiny little trash bins on the table. 🧶 ☺️ Incredible, and touching with the story behind this great cafe! These ladies never expect a tip, but are always grateful when they receive one! So tip well here if you can, they work hard here everyday to help provide the best beachside experience. Waffles are amazing. Fruit parfaits are just so good iced caramel lattes have been the best I've had! Green tea latte. Hot food, ice cream- you name it it's all good. We've been thankful for their kindness & can't wait to come back....

The food here is excellent, drinks are good, but unfortunately the service is very frustrating. For some reason they have people taking the orders who can’t understand English well, and then they bring out the wrong things, and everything has to be resolved by someone who does speak English. They brought us dishes that were not correct. They brought over food or drinks that were ordered by other tables. They were confused by a request such as asking for a piece of toast. Definitely needs improvement on communication and training staff. There shouldn’t be this many errors for serving food in a restaurant. This place is really open with calming music playing in the background, and a view of the beach and oceans, the way the restaurant was built makes it so that you get to experience the cooling breeze even from inside.
