Happy BBQ & Restaurant — Restaurant in Phang-nga Province

When I found out that my favorite coffee shop in the area was closed, I the bouncer outside this restaurant convinced me to have a “coffee” there. I was distrustful and asked him many times whether they really had real coffee from coffee beans. He assured me that they had many varieties of guaranteed real coffee. So I went inside and ordered a hot Americano. After the aforementioned bouncer (waiter, manager?) brought me a DISGUSTING INSTANT SLUFF for 60 THB (!!!), I explained to him what coffee was etc. He had no idea what I was talking about and just kept repeating “coffee ok, my friend”. The address “MY FRIEND” is generally perceived as disrespectful and racist by foreigners in Thailand. This restaurant is like a bad advertisement...

Great food and lovely service! Today, my partner and I randomly decided to eat at this place, and it turned out to be a great choice. The food was tasty and very affordable for the portion size—which was quite big! We were pleasantly surprised to receive some snacks before the meal and fruit after. The service was also impressive. The male waiter was very polite, kind, and service-minded. He even pulled out our chairs for us—such a thoughtful gesture....

We were told about this place by a griend and came here and the food and service is amazing! Kids wanted spaghetti and the kids said it was the best they have had. The red curry was delicious. Lots of board games for the children to play with. 5 stars,...
