The food is very good, and the prices are reasonable. However, everything is extremely spicy. I ordered the chicken cashew nut, which did not have a spice level mentioned on the menu, but it came loaded with peppers. I could barely eat it, as the spiciness overwhelmed the dish and ruined the flavor. The waiter asked my wife if she wanted her food spicy but didn’t bother to ask me, as if what I ordered wasn’t supposed to be spicy. Certainly some of the best tasting food I’ve had in Thailand living here for the past 4 years. Pizzas certainly looked the part even though I didn’t have one, something I regret as it looked to be made from fresh dough and done in a proper pizza oven. Thai food was modern Thai, with the taste of all food being sublime, including the papaya salad that was just a side dish for the fish we ordered. Lovely hidden gem. After 10 days on the Thai tourist trail and disappointing meals we were delighted to discover this authentic Thai restaurant with a selection of great beers and wonderful proper cooked food, rather than the tourist frozen warmed up meals.
