Mojo Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Phang-nga Province

Visited again in March/April 2025

We (adult couple) ate at Mojo twice during a two week holiday from 25th March 2025.

As a vegetarian, I liked the fact that Mojo labelled several of their dishes as vegetarian, and specifically highlighted that they were happy to add tofu instead of meat to three of their Thai curries, and also offered to do so in their marked vegetarian noodle dishes.

They have a good selection of dishes, with the usual suspects of rice, noodle and curry dishes, and also have several duck dishes with various sauces - my husband tried two different variations of these and really enjoyed them.

The service was excellent.

This is a fairly large restaurant, with good clean facilities, including their toilets.

Free wifi is available and card payment is available.

While Mojo was one of the more expensive restaurants we ate in, it was still good value and we will definitely return on our next visit to Khao Lak. ........... Excellent food. Unusually for Khao Lak they take...

I give three stars for the ambience, customer service and generous portions. A bit on the expensive side compared to others on the stretch, and the food was just ok. We order steamed Sea-bass in ginger, lime and chilli (can’t go wrong with steamed fish, but the sauce was out of this world spicy), beef burger (meat texture was a little funny, so didn’t finish it..), fish fingers for one child (pretty good and the kid ate it up!) and lasagna for the other child (would not recommend at all, strangely sweet and pasta sheets undercooked). Overall the food was not anything wow. We also order lemon mocktails of some sort. Tasted salty, but the waitresses couldn’t understand such good English for me to figure out what was in it. The traditional desserts were good though! The mango, sticky rice and coconut milk...
