Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Branch Manager Conduct- The Nine Center
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the conduct of the branch manager at your restaurant.
Tonight, I arrived at the restaurant at 21:50 and was promptly seated by a waitress. However, shortly afterward, the manager approached and informed me that the restaurant was closed. I reminded her that the sign at the entrance clearly states closing time as 22:30. She responded that the last order is taken at 22:00. I showed her my watch, which read 21:55—just five minutes after we had been seated.
I have visited this restaurant many times, but I recall an incident approximately 45 days ago when I encountered this manager for the first time. On that occasion, she refused to serve us dessert without a clear explanation.
Last night, I dined at your Sukhumvit Soi 11 location, where I am a regular guest and was treated with excellent hospitality. The contrast in service between the two branches is concerning.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and consider my complaint seriously. The branch in question appears to have experienced a decline in sales and customer traffic over the past six months, and this type of management behavior may be a contributing factor.

I was presented with a splat of goo, with very little meat and mostly tomato liquid. I ordered a glass if wine and was presented with little more than a few sips. The restaurant simply put your soup in a paper bowl, and when it was delivered to you, the bowl already dissolved and torn by the soup content. Everything just leak out and inedible!! The conversation with the staff was totally stressful as they denied their responsibility citing they already follow they SOP and their HQ policy on packing.
