I was the 1st customer to visit when it just opened for business, hence there were still a lot of things which were not available. So I just asked the staff to recommend what was available and they recommended me to try the green tea and the croissant. I thought it was a good idea because I didn't want to eat too much and could just have a try of what's good. It looks a bit familiar and I got to know it is actually a collaboration with the Oriental Teahouse. So I ordered the Koicha cream Croissant and the Ice Pastel Matcha. Was a little confusing because the drinks had different names although the pictures looks the same on the menu, like the Ice Pastel Matcha and the Snow Pastel Matcha, which the latter is actually the ice blended version of the drink. The croissant was not too bad, I could see one of the staff heating it up with the air fryer as I was ordering it, and upon cutting it can see how generous the filling was with cream and matcha. The drink was also not too bad, it didn't feel thick and bitter, nor it was sweet, so it was of the right proportion. Location is actually not too far from Ari station, and the cafe is very zen. Upon walking into the shop I thought it was a takeaway place because there were no tables, only to realize the dining area is on the 2nd floor. Pretty nice place to chill and enjoy the matcha if you are a fan, and if you want to try more things on the menu maybe its advisable when you could...

"qraft cafe at Ari Soi 1 in Bangkok exceeded all my expectations during my recent visit. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the pecans toast - a delightful blend of crunchy pecans, perfectly toasted bread, and a hint of sweetness that made each bite a heavenly delight.

Pairing it with their Matcha with milk was a stroke of genius; the creamy richness of the matcha perfectly complemented the nuttiness of the toast. And the fruit with ice cream provided a refreshing and indulgent finish to the meal.

What truly sets qraft cafe apart, however, is their dedication to quality and innovation. Their commitment to using the finest ingredients shines through in every dish, and their creative flair adds an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience.

After such a memorable visit, I know for certain that this won't be my last time at qraft cafe. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit, where I plan to explore more of their menu offerings, including their bread, toast, and other flour-based treats.

If you're in Bangkok and craving a cafe experience that's both comforting and adventurous, look no further than qraft cafe. With its delicious food, welcoming ambiance, and attentive service, it's sure to become a favorite destination for anyone with a discerning palate. I can't recommend it...

A really beautiful experience for your senses awaits you in qraft. The juxtapose from the everyday bangkok hustle is evident the moment you enter its glass doors. Peaceful music greets you with the cool sexy interior of darkened wood exuding a very japanese aura.

With flavours revolving around yuzu and matcha being dominant, the names and pictures on the menu is the next treat for your stimuli. Together with the display of croissants, a visual orgasm is achieved.

The waffuru is basically a croissant flattened and pressed to a crisp. The yuzu honey was light, though I wish it had more body to it, and covering more surface area of the waffuru. The matcha ice cream and black croissant looked great but their flavours didn't compliment each other that well. The taste of the matcha gets lost in the butter from the croissant, leaving you with a mushy mouthfeel ending with a salty notes. The biggest suprise came from the pastel match drink. It was really thick, almost like a juice. Never before have I had a matcha like that and am left very impressed by the execution of it and the end product as well.

I strongly recommend coming here and take your time to soak in the experience and the food and drink on offer.
