Stayed at Bangkok Voyage Boutique to explore a different part of Bangkok we had never seen before, the Ari district. Full of surrounding eating places and cafes. This boutique is walking distance to the BTS. Situated in a quiet alley, it's perfect to step out and see what the ari area has to offer. Staff were quietly friendly. Breakfast was a choice of 3 dishes which although small were very tasty and satisfying, I loved the fresh fruit and pancakes. The tea selection was also really delicious and the coffee was good too. We had a room 3 floors up, please note there is no elevator so if you struggle to walk up stairs then perhaps choose a room on the lower levels and it is a bit of a struggle when you have a large suitcase. Our room was huge, the bed was ok, and it was nice to have our own little balcony. Air con, although older, worked fine, but the room can get very hot, and because they turned it off during the day while we were out, it took a bit to cool down after a long day. The fridge was great, very cold, and the water was restocked each day. The bathroom was big, nice big bath and loved the mirror with the lighting and even had a Bluetooth button to connect music. We loved the nearby shops, stalls, and restaurants. The area was constantly buzzing.

Outright liars (in the booking listing) about the condition of the room. 1. They list sound proofing (see photos) when there is absolutely none. The glass doors installed instead of walls have gaps in them that let in full sound (and mosquitos) from busy Bangkok streets nearby. Also, any interior noise from other guests carries right thru the gaps. This leads to sleep deprivation which is a form of torture. 2. NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN or VULNERABLE TRAVELLERS They call themselves boutique hotel but provide no services at all after 7pm. No phone number, no one in attendance, no messaging service. If there are any problems or security issues then you are stuck. 3. Totally flimsy window catch instead of a lock which will leave you exposed to theft and other crime. Featuring a safety box that is not fixed to anything. So, it can be simply picked up and walked away with. 4. They advertised a private bathroom which is actually a public access bathroom in a nearby stairwell. NOT recommended at all. Also listed parquetry floor (actually hard marble), sofa (no sofa) Lying liars who lie and will not even be in attendance to lie to you.

Lovely little boutique hotel in Ari, about 7 minutes away from BTS Ari. The room we’re staying at (Walter) is located on the second floor, quite spacious and with good strong air conditioning. Love the mirror with built in light, perfect for doing make up. There’s a lovely deep bathtub in the room, sadly when you empty the bath water or taking a long shower, a nasty drainage smell emits from the drain on the floor, it clears quickly (within few minutes) but you’d definitely need to take shelter in the bedroom while that happens…. The breakfast is made to order and we liked the yogurt breakfast the most. The hotel is beautiful with a lot of trees and beautiful spots for photographs. The area is very quiet in the evening. The staff are all friendly and lovely, they stop working after 7 but we feel safe regardless because it’s located at the gated comp with inhouse security guy at the gate.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in whilst visiting Bangkok. Pon the owner and Cruz the manager are the most amazing people ever, and they show you real Thai hospitality throughout your stay - and they speak very good English! I arrived late in the evening, Cruz greeted me and checked me in. After this I wanted to get some food and he kindly offered to drive me around the area to show me all the spots to get food. In the morning I met Pon, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was in order as far as my stay was concerned. The hotel isn’t big, just a few rooms, this means you get a nice personalised service and are treated as an individual rather than a number - like in most hotels. The rooms are arty and full of character and the breakfast is good. The place is hidden away in a high end BK neighbourhood - still close to all the main spots - and because of the hospitality it really feels like you’re stepping in and out of your own home. I regret not staying longer but I had ticket booked. I will 120% stay here during my future visits to Bangkok time and time again. You simply cannot put a price on the way Pon and Cruz take care of you.

Keep up the good work guys and hope to see...

Dont pay attention to costumers that gave very bad reviews, Who think they are Queen Elisabeth generation babies.

We are Family of 4. It is the Best Hotel i ever been.

Very well decorated, Absolutely gorgeous and every room very unique ! The Location, the quiet spot, the unique Tea Bar, the room that we had, marbled floor, Large windows, the beautiful breakfast, peace patio for coffee time, the little beautiful kind and very friendly team ladies staff who were so sweet to our Kids.

We were in love the first minute we enter here. And so welcoming. The location is a very safe environment and very clean.

We book 2 days, But fell in Love about the Ari area and the Hotel that we rescheduled our trip to Chiang Mai and extended for 3 more days.

We absolutely will be back after our trip from the north and the beach in Thailand.

Ps : You will always find unhappy costumers in their unhappy life who are not happy with anything outside of their country : power down, water down, construction noise, wifi down…this happen in America and Europe more often. They dont have to give one star review ! Big big Babies !
