Read moreFantastic southern Thai food at a reasonable price. A pleasant atmosphere, generous seating indoors and outdoors with a car park opposite. Orders arrived promptly and staff were polite. The menu is translated to English, so non-Thai speakers should be fine. Everything we ordered was expertly prepared and delicious. Their geang som / yellow (or orange, if you're a real southerner) curry was some of the best I've had, but be warned they made it incredibly hot. Very enjoyable and healthy. I can recommend having it with prawns and papaya.

Read moreThe “jungle curry” was quite the experience to try. It’s an extremely spicy southern sour sea bass curry with coconut shoots. Spiciest thing I had in all of Thailand. It was pretty good too, not on the level of tom yum or khao soi but it just felt so authentically thai and it’s definitely nothing i could ever get back home so I can’t not recommend it.
I also a stink bean curry with shrimp which was also very unusual to me. The stink beans had a very strange delayed aftertaste so I didn’t eat most of them, but other than that the sauce was delicious so I had no problem...
