I very seldom give 1-star reviews. One time is a mistake, more than once… it becomes a habit.

I’ve been here a few times for a quick lunch. They advertise three different steaks as lunch specials and the pictures look nice… very nice.

The plates are supposed to come with mashed potatoes. They don’t. It’s clearly shown in the picture, but the excuse is always the same: “we ran out of mash.” This happened more than once…

The issue isn’t really the missing mashed potatoes… it’s that nobody bothered to let me know before and when serving the plate. This feels like culinary fraud because the price stayed exactly the same when the bill arrived.

I gave the manager more than one opportunity to make it right… maybe offer a small discount, maybe waive the Coke Zero. Her answer was simply “the price is the same.” I won’t even get into the tragically overcooked pork and the cold steamed vegetables…

It’s not about the few baht… it’s about the lack of understanding of what hospitality means. That is why there are multiple 1-star reviews.

Dear owner… if you read this, please know your place has great potential. But only if the people working there learn what it means to care about customers… and understand the basics of hospitality.

Sometimes being honest or giving up on a 10 THB Coke goes a long way in making customers feel...

We went here July 23th. Staff was constantly in confusion and plates were sent back regularly. Ordered lasagna (the other two items we ordered were not even available, in retrospect a blessing) which was cold on the inside. Instead of giving us a new one they just heated the same one again ignoring the fact we already plated half of it! Dont even get me started on the fact that you expect fresh lasagne not some stuff from the freezer (tip: never put tomato based product in the freezer chef, it will alter the taste too much). The setting is nice and they have nice wines, but...

Probably the worst carbonara pastas in town. They used some kind of orange pre-made sauce I believe. I just finished and I'm feeling sick :s i am very disappointed as the place looks quite nice and comfy. Price (Carbo+water 330baht).
