A really beautiful place hidden along a cute side street. I'd never have known it was there. the gardens are beautiful and the decor crisp and clean.

There are a lot of options on the menu! I opted for the pomelo salad and the soft shell crab and yellow curry with a side of riceberry which was served in a coconut. I also ordered a peach iced tea which was so fresh and absolutely delicious! Portions were huge, I was really excited that I'd have some to bring home. Absolutely delicious and one of the best pomelo salads I've had! I wish I had room for dessert, they looked incredible!

I hate to say it though, as I was let down by the service but I don't think it was for any lack of effort, you could see the staff were working hard. When I arrived I was the only one in the restaurant and it felt like an inconvenience to them that it was just me as there was uncertainty around tables. I was also served by multiple waiters and waitresses during my time there which felt a little...odd. Within 5 minutes another few groups arrived but it felt as though staff were a little flustered. I appreciate the restaurant operates at the higher end of pricing with a 10% service charge and 7% vat charge added to the menu prices at the end but it felt as though, energetically, they were feeling that pressure when I really don't think they needed to because it came across a little abrupt.

The food in itself was worth the price, the service too, in a way. I'd love to return again for dessert. I do highly recommend though a little let...

The restaurant's service is one of the worst I have experienced in Bangkok restaurants. The waiter and waitress for our baby shower event were annoyed when we asked for basics such as more new plates, glasses, and water. The waiters did not have any manners and shoved their way through the room and made our guests felt like they were wrong and had to apologize to the waiters because they sighed at us when they had to wait to pass us- let me remind you that it was our event not a waiters event. What pushed me to write this complaint was an instance when the waiter handed our pregnant family member a pair of scissors with the sharp edge facing the pregnant belly while there were four little kids running around in the vicinity. Please train your waiters, this is unacceptable service that left all our guests feeling like we were intruding the waiters spaces- if your restaurant's slogan is to serve your waiters please make it explicit in your website so that we can choose something more suitable for a baby shower event. I would not recommend this...

Set in a stately old home with gardens, it is an easy 5 star, but without the 5 star prices.

Chicken massaman with durian Oustanding massaman, + peppery heat + green durian perfectly cooked, rich and powerful. The durian pieces were certainly pronounced but the flavour and depth they imparted to the sauce was more subtle yet spectacular. Easy 10/10 250B

Lotus stems with shrimp and pork Stems were crisp like morning glory, and soaked up juices very well. The shrimp and pork base was very tasty. 7/10

Whole sea bass, de-boned, butterflied and deepfried. Perfectly cooked, very easy to eat and had an excellent sauce, a combo of nam prik pla with sweet chili sauce added. Aroi! 9/10 550B

We also had Thai roti, Coconut pandan rice and a Lime frappe that were all nice.

Mieng La Kham It was miang kham with sorbet, using a sweeter jam on top with less chilli. Still had the onion etc in the bottom of the leaves. 6/10. Interesting but didn't quite work. 150B

The staff were kind and helpful, the venue relaxing. Easy...

Food is decent and even if you don’t eat spicy, there are options. Keep in mind that none of the waiters speak English and will bring you random orders, staff also missed several orders even after repeating back to us. The service gets two stars because they took some pictures for us and the reservation worked. The restaurant waitstaff was not interested in serving you at all. There was a button on our table to call the waitstaff to the table but half the time no one showed up. Everyone was clearly just in a rush to get off work. What annoyed me is that the desserts came before our last curry, soggy ice cream with all the desserts, could have waited 15 minutes or asked. There’s a vegetarian part of the menu, given the level of English I would not trust this restaurant with serious allergies. Atmosphere is nice but there are big ugly TVs displaying subpar photos of the food which makes it feel cheap, as the rest of the atmosphere is great, remove the TVs and it will be 4-5 stars for atmosphere.
