Oak Wine Valley — Restaurant in Phra Khanong Subdistrict

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant on the evening of [วันที่]. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the service I received toward the end of my visit.

As the restaurant was closing, one of the waitstaff approached and repeatedly encouraged us to leave, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. In particular, we were asked whether we would like to take away the remaining wine, which felt like a clear signal for us to finish and go quickly.

While I understand the need to close on time, I believe such communication could have been handled more politely and professionally. As a customer who chose your restaurant for a pleasant evening, I expected a more considerate service experience.

Beautiful dishes and drinks. We have so many choices; European style, and also Thai fusion. Especially, we can choose many variety of wines from cheap one to other one, and also selection is nice, from France, Chile, Australian, Newzealand, and others. Inside restaurant, you are surrounded a lot of wines, so you can easy to find your favorite one.

If you like cheese, you have to order dish with cheese I recommend that, but many choices are there too!

If you are 2 persons, you order 4 or 5 dishes would be enough. Enough portions each.

Staff is also so kind and serve you wine good timing. It's very important thing in restaurant you know?

Update 22-10-2023 As the owner has used time to look into the incidence and seems to have taken action will we visit again. Until then will I go up from one star to 4 stars because it seems to be a place where the owner is aware of his/her customers are served well. I also did a quick AI analyze of the reviews given to the place. The result is the revies seems to be real.
