If you're craving authentic Indian & Nepali cuisine, this Om Ganesh Indian Restaurant established since 1997 is a must-visit in Bangkok Sukhumvit area. The menu is a vibrant showcase of Nepalese flavors with mostly the Indian dishes, that will tantalize your taste buds. Start with the Momo, which are perfectly steamed dumplings with a savory filling of chicken or veg momo with many choices & we tried the Butter Chicken Momo, the best and must tasty one from the menu. The Non Veg. Thali is a hearty traditional dish, featuring black lentils and fragrant rice that's simply comforting. Don’t miss the Garlic naan with Butter Chicken, fragment tasty Chicken Biryani and Lamb Rogan Josh as they serve the best quality fresh juice and tender succulent meat pieces in a very reasonable affordable price in the heart of Bangkok. The Nepalese specials, Chicken Sekuwa, Chicken Choyela, Peanuts Salad and many more having a aromatic spices and grilled to perfection, is a standout dish. For dessert, they have fresh Gulab Jamun and also Homemade special yoghurt, provides a sweet and crispy end to your meal. With generous portions and delightful flavors, this place delivers a truly satisfying Indo-Nepali dining experience. Highly recommended! Once Must Visit place while in Bangkok near by BTS On Nut Station Sukhumvit 50 Note - Also they have two branches in island of Koh Phangan at Surat Thani. One is a full moon party place & other one is at Thongsala in same island as the info given from the owner himself. Over all the best service with best food and vest ambience in the city...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Omganesh Indian Restaurant, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a great meal. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The food arrived quickly and was presented beautifully, which immediately showed the care they put into every dish. The highlight, of course, was the food itself. The Indian dishes were rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, capturing the authentic taste that’s often hard to find. To my surprise, they also served amazing Nepali cuisine, which was equally impressive and truly stood out. The combination of bold spices, fresh ingredients, and traditional preparation made every bite memorable. It’s clear the chefs know their craft and take pride in serving genuine flavors from both cultures. A friend recommended Omganesh to me, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a place that delivers on both authenticity and taste, and this restaurant does exactly that. I will definitely be coming back again and again to try more of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys Indian or Nepali food — this is a spot you won’t...

I absolutely love these outside patio restaurants!

So a friend of mine took me here to this restaurant to try out because I love to try different foods and this was a Napolis or Tibetan I think!

So anyway, we knew the owner Rose 🌹 and she is one of the part owners of the restaurant. She’s the daughter of the father, who actually runs amazing actually spices in the grind themselves home! The family works at this restaurant. They’re so hospitable they’ve had another location on one of the islands in Ko Samui for many years and they wanted to open a branch in Bangkok! Which they clearly did!

Food is great make sure you take their recommendations and not just go for the same old same old!! 😍😍😍

We had a pleasant evening at OM Ganesh Indian Restaurant, sitting outside in the nice weather. The service was friendly, and the soft background music created a relaxing atmosphere. We ordered Pani Puri, Samosa Salad, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassi. The Pani Puri was very tasty and authentic, and it was fun to assemble ourselves. The Samosa Salad (three samosas with flavorful toppings) was also enjoyable and full of taste. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and flavorful, and the Garlic Naan was large and delicious. The Butter Chicken, however, was just okay—it wasn’t as flavorful as expected and had a slightly sour taste. The Mango Lassi was refreshing but could have been a bit sweeter. Despite ordering too much food, the staff was kind enough to pack the leftovers for us, which was appreciated. We paid 1,040 Baht for everything, which is reasonable for the variety we had. While it wasn’t perfect, it’s a solid place to enjoy Indian food.
