Entertaining but tasteless

During my visit to night market, I stopped looking at a man and a lady completely enjoying the cooking, with dancing on the beat. And the dish getting fried on the large pan looks no less attractive. They were making Crispy Mussel Omelet, topped with bean sprouts. It is also included in the Mchelin guide.

The omelet is served with chilly sauce (dip). It's crispy as the name suggests but too greasy and Pretty bland & tasteless. I hated this feeling to eating too much oil...

I would say the thing that makes it delicious is their chilli sauce. I wouldn't say the omelette itself has no difference from others but the chilli was the stand out. The vibe where you see the chef dance to it while cooking was...

ใครมาเดินตลาดหน้าองค์การโทรศัพท์จังหวัดอยุธยา ถ้าใครไม่เดินมาจนสุดตลาด ถือว่าพลาดเลยนะ มาด้วยความบังเอิญแต่สะดุดตากับลีลาลุง ที่ทำหอยทอดไปโยกย้ายส่ายสะบัดด้วยลีลาที่พริ้วไหว และความกระจุยกระจายของหอยทอดจากกระทะ เอาวะอยู่ๆแป๊บนึง จนเดินไปสะดุดตากับป้ายมิชลินปี 2025 อ้าวอย่างนี้ก็ต้องลองหน่อย เดินเข้าไปสั่งทางร้านจะบอกเวลา standard เลยว่า รอประมาณ 30-40 นาทีนะคะ เอาเข้าจริงไปนั่งได้แป๊บเดียว ไม่เกิน 20 นาทีได้ทานแล้ว เป็นหอยทอดแบบง่ายๆแต่ไม่เหมือนใครแน่นอนเพราะว่ามันจะกรอบด้านนึง กรอบแบบกระด้างเลยอีกด้านก็จะนุ่มๆหน่อย มาพร้อมกับถั่วงอกอวบอิ่ม แต่กินไปไม่ค่อยรู้สึกได้กินหอยเท่าไหร่ ตัวน้ำซอสอร่อยดี แต่ส่วนตัวทีีทานรสชาติไม่เท่าไหร่ไม่เท่าลีลาลุงแน่นอน ค่าเสียหายชามละ 60 บาท...
