Never know what you are going to get coming here & I don't think the staff know either. Ordered a simple Ceaser Salad & asked to add chicken breast with extra dressing. The Ceaser arrived with no chicken & a lack of dressing. I sent it back to add the chicken & dressing. It was brought back within 3 minutes with what appeared to be chicken that had been boiled in water, disgusting. When I asked if chicken had been grilled the staff said yes. I explained that eating that could well make any person very sick. Staff took it away again & with 5 minutes passing returned with obvious grilled chicken, however no extra dressing. With that sorted we asked for the condiments tray for salt which fell on deaf ears. It was then when we asked for the box of napkins on the table across that the staff couldn't understand that my wife had to get up & get them herself. What the hell does the management of Ga Hanoi teach the staff. If they can't do the basics like having condiments & napkins on the table when eating then get out of the hospitality business. You need to learn so much more, as do all your staff. We wont be going...

She wouldn't recommend it. With a large draft chang and an iced lemon tea, the bill came to 440tbh. It would have been a little more. However, they didn't have any cocnuts. As we only have a couple of weeks left in Hua Hin, I don't envisage...
