We came here tonight for a dinner around 6pm. The restaurant was small but clean and quaint. There was 1 waitress and one bartender. We did like the food here, and best of all, they could adjust the spiciness to our likings. Here is my rating: Food:
Tucked along Phet Kasem Road in Hua Hin, Thi Baan Bistro is a delightful no‑frills Thai eatery that leaves a lasting impression. Truly one of the best Thai restaurants in Hua Hin". This family-run gem offers freshly prepared dishes using handpicked ingredients, from iconic Isaan flavors to comforting classics. The standout? Many reviewers rave about the “BBQ chicken … next level!” and “fried garlic chicken dish as well as pad se ew,” all served at remarkably affordable prices. One guest even shared: “Full meal with 4 dishes, drinks, dessert was 400 baht. So so good!” Service here earns just as much praise—described as “friendly and quick,” with a “welcoming atmosphere” even if the vibe is unfussy . Flexibility is a big plus, allowing lunch to adjust spice levels or omit sugar to suit preferences. Its location is convenient—near Blu Port, the bus station, and Market Village—making it an easy stop whether you’re exploring or just seeking a great meal. In short, Thi Baan Bistro offers exceptional Thai cuisine at a wallet-friendly price with attentive service, making it a must-visit for both locals and travelers. Perfect for a casual yet unforgettable dining...

Highly recommended (But please don’t take my table away, cause I‘ll...
