January 2025 Update:
I had an Extra Long Chicken Sandwich Set with Diet Sprite and Onion Rings.
I took photos this time.
End May 2022 Update:
I dropped by Burger King BluPort for a quick bite after completing my 90 Day Report at the awesome BluPort Immigration branch.
Today, the BK counter staff seemed a bit sluggish and it took about 8 minutes to get my "Spicy Ch'king Tender Krisp" chicken sandwich set. I am happy that BK allows onion rings to be subsituted for the French Fries at no extra charge.
The set meal is 199 Baht and I got the chicken sandwich, onion rings and a small Sprite (no sugar version).
The fried chicken meat in the sandwich is thigh meat so aside from the crispy batter outside, the meat is juicy/greasy inside. Maybe next time I will stick with a Whopper Burger.
I remembered to snap a photo. Try this chicken sandwich for yourself and see if it is comparable to the McDonalds version.
February 2022 Draft:
To be honest, I like the BluPort Burger King restaurant in Hua Hin more than the Market Village branch.
The staff at the BluPort branch seem to have more "hustle" and speed than the workers at the Market Village branch.
The food taste and quality is the same at both branches; it is crappy American fast food and I rate it a 2.5 out of 5. I try not to eat this stuff too often.
Still, it's nice to be able to order onion rings at Burger King.
If I remember to take a photo next time, I will add it to...
Read moreUtterly useless staff, claim to have no menus, no offers advertised, when you ask for a menu they just point at the limited full price selection listed on the screens behind the counter primarily in Thai.
Totally different at the Market Village branch where they will tell you the offers, give you coupon booklets, and (shock horror) make the effort to put their hand under the counter and retrieve the full multilingual menus that every single Burger King branch has.
I recommend you give your custom to the Market Village...
Read moreThis branch has gone down the drain in the past 1 and half years.
In my 2 most recent orders, a pack of fries was missing and a pie respectively.
Ordering delivery from them almost always has a mistake or missing item.
The size of the fried chicken has noticeably gone smaller with much less meat compared to 3 months ago.
Whopper meat size has also grown smaller and lighter recently.
Think I won't be eating from here again, will take my stomach to McDonald's down the road.
Bye bye...
