SEE YOU LATTE — Restaurant in Ratchadaphisek Subdistrict

Quite disappointed. The coffee was very watery and lacked flavor and strength, when i ordered the exact same as two weeks ago here it was fine.

I used to come here before and was given good quality and decent cafe latte ( no extra shots)

When I asked the lady to kindly improve the strength of the coffee i was asked to pay for an extra shot.

I would not have a problem paying for extra shots, but why should I pay when your coffee is watery today but was perfect a week before? Should i pay for your mistakes?

I told her the consistency of her coffee is off and watery. They refused to add an extra shot for free.

For a Cafe Latte thats 75 baht already, I'd atleast expect not a watery and weak cafe latte.

Dissapointing service, really a shame.

Is it that hard to consider or admit your coffee lacks consistency and quality? Rather argue with your customer and say he has to pay an extra not to have watery coffee?

If your coffee lacks consistency over time, thats your fault, not mine. You cannot offer quality one week, then offer water coffee a week later. As a businessman myself i can say this attitude is how a business loses loyal customers.

Lack of consistency and too much ego in the staff lady to admit they didnt make this cup of coffee well today.

I will no longer plan my work and business meeting at such a shameless and arrogant place that lacks service.

It is really is a marvelous place in Bangkok. Cafe has the feeling of multiple zones and makes you feel comfortable no matter where you sit. Lots of cute details in the interior. When I saw and tasted matcha in this adorable cup, I fell in love with this place. It's so peaceful and cozy that you can't notice how time passes. The cheesecake here is also delicious and delicate, you should try. Cafe owner is very friendly, thanks for that amazing place. Been there several times and it's a pity I discovered the place late. A very beautiful and chill place! It's like a tiny hidden Eden. Kind and smiling workers who seem to enjoy their time too. The drinks were really good!
