McDonald's Restaurant (TESCO Lotus Extra Samkong Phuket) — Restaurant in Ratsada

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received at your restaurant today. My family and I visit your location at least once a week on Fridays after school to celebrate the end of another school week, and today's experience was particularly unpleasant.

I have previously noticed that takeout customers who place orders first are often made to wait while delivery drivers who arrive later are served immediately without waiting in line. Today, this situation was especially frustrating as a delivery driver who arrived after us was served before us, along with several dine-in customers, forcing us to wait significantly longer than necessary though our order was the first and only on the screen.

When our order was finally ready, we discovered that the Cone ice cream was missing. When the floor manager asked the staff member responsible for packaging where the ice cream was, the employee responded rudely, saying with obvious irritation "Wait a minute". We had already been waiting while everyone else was served ahead of us.

To make matters worse, we later discovered at home that the Sharing Box was also missing from our order. Which is a significant part of the order by its amount and price. I understand that Friday evenings are busy, but this does not excuse the rude treatment we received or the multiple errors in our order.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially for customers who are regular visitors to your establishment. I am attaching a photo of the staff member's name badge for your reference.

I hope you will address these issues with your staff and improve the service quality to ensure other customers do not have similar negative experiences.

We've been going to this cafe for a few weeks and every time the kids want a happy meal with a toy and every time they tell us no, it will be on Friday, but they're not on Friday either. Only promises. The kids are sad every time.

Then I just buy burgers for my children and I see how other customers were told that there is no happy meal with a toy, but there is a toy in drive MC. But I wasn't told about it. I wasn't given a choice of other options. I'm upset.

Несколько недель ходим в это кафе и каждый раз дети хотят happy meal с игрушкой и каждый раз нам говорят этого нет, будет в пятницу, но и в пятницу их тоже нет . Одни обещания . Дети каждый раз грустят.

Дальше я покупаю своим детям просто бургеры и вижу как другим клиентам сказали, что тут не happy meal с игрушкой , но есть в drive MC игрушка. Но мне об этом не сказали . Мне не дали выбор и других вариантов . Я расстроена.
