Saturday Cafe Phuket — Restaurant in Sakhu

I don't like leaving bad reviews for small businesses but unfortunately this is one.

The restaurant itself is nice, modern, clean and I'm assuming very new. However that is the most positive thing to say.

The service lacks experience across the board. Come in, we seated ourselves, took menu ourselves then ordered. The coffee was weak and watery, a place like this should be a nailed on coffee first then food afterwards.

The food was fine, eggs were good but I'm sure the croissant was microwaved as it was extremely oily. To top it off there was a squashed mosquito in my ham, they offered to change it but I had enough. Of course I was still charged nevertheless. Good service, the dish would be taken off the bill for inconvenience.

Service, they need more training on being an attentive server.

Much improvement needed and I hope the owner reads this and makes the relevant changes if this place is...

Jack, one of the owners and his staff are friendly and kind. They weren’t even supposed to be open until the 15th of October, but we were trying to get some shelter from the rain on their porch and they invited us inside. It seemed like they were having a sales a meeting but Jack took the time to chat with us as we waited out the rain. He showed us some of the property projects that they are involved in and they all looked really nice. Hopefully we will be able to come back and invest in one in the future. Although they were closed, they allowed us to get some coffee (iced americano and mocha). The iced americano was tasty and the mocha tasted like it had real cacao powder in it and wasn’t too sweet. The inside of the cafe seems newly renovated and modern. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy some coffee when the cafe...

great cafe. it's very cozy and everything is new. you can sit inside the cafe and outside, between the palm trees in the yard. good atmosphere, clean restrooms, new tables, there's wi-fi. the food looks awesome and is delicious. there's a lot of shrimp in the omelet. the portions are normal size. good coffee menu and lots of desserts. but if you're hungry, there are omelets with rice, noodles and breakfast sets. the price/quality ratio is good here, delicious,...
