Be sure to come early before they open at 11:30 am. Staff were kind enough to offer help when they saw us struggling translating the menu and order form in English. The branch is spacious, has plenty of seats, and fast customer turnover. The manner of serving the food you ordered was way too fast compared to other branches. It was extremely a festive one as we over ordered some meats 😂. ไปกินร้านนี้แล้ว ผิดหวังสุด ๆ โดยเฉพาะเรื่อง “พนักงาน” พนักงานประจำทำหน้างอ ไม่เต็มใจให้บริการแม้แต่นิดเดียว ขอเติมซุปแค่ถ้วยเดียว ยังทำหน้าใส่แล้วก็เดินหนีไปเลย เหมือนไม่แคร์ลูกค้า สั่งอะไรไปก็บอก “เดี๋ยวเร่งให้ค่ะ” แล้วก็หายหัวไปตลอดชาติ ไม่มีใครกลับมา ไม่แม้แต่จะหันมามองโต๊ะซ้ำด้วยซ้ำ

พนักงานบางคนใส่เสื้อโปโลโลโก้ร้านด้วยซ้ำ แต่บริการแย่ พูดจาไม่ดี ไม่สนใจลูกค้าเลย เดินกันเต็มร้านแต่ไม่มีใครสนใจว่าโต๊ะเราต้องการอะไร ต้องโบกมือเรียกหลายรอบถึงจะหันมา (แล้วก็ยังทำหน้าไม่พอใจใส่อีก)

ถ้าจะเปิดร้านแล้วบริการแบบนี้ แนะนำว่าไม่ต้องเปิดก็ได้ ทุเรศมาก ลูกค้าไม่ได้มาขอกินฟรี และก็ไม่ควรต้องมาเจอพนักงานที่ “ไม่อยากบริการ” แบบนี้

แต่โชคดีมากที่มีพนักงานผู้หญิงคนหนึ่งช่วยสถานการณ์ไว้ได้ทั้งหมด • ตัวขาว ตาเล็ก หุ่นสมส่วนใส่เสื้อธรรมดา ไม่มีโลโก้ น่าจะพาร์ทไทม์ ยิ้มแย้ม พูดจาดี บริการไว กล้าขออะไรก็รู้ว่าจะได้แน่ ๆ

คนนี้แหละที่ทำให้กล้าสั่งอาหารต่อ เพราะรู้ว่าเธอจะไม่ทิ้งลูกค้า เวลาขอเติมซุป เติมซอส เติมกระเทียม ขออะไรก็จัดให้หมดแบบไม่ต้องตาม ไม่ต้องพูดซ้ำ เห็นว่าเธอคอยเก็บของและพูด “ขออนุญาต” ตลอด มีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากที่สุดในร้าน

Despite having extremely long queue time, everything was great. Good quality and tasty. Nice service. Specious and has a lot of seating. Waiting time is approximately 1-2 hrs in the evening. Good thing is that you can shopping in Thonburi market while in queue and check remaining queue with QueQ app on your phone.
