I think these days the service has been improved.

I love the Tonkatsu here since the per set cost is reasonable and the side dish, soup, and rice can be refilled. In the end, you will get a free custard too.

The side dish is pretty unique and has many options like tofu, fried tomato, etc. The soup is great.

The tonkatsu here I like the one with fat since it is so juicy. The sauce here is not too sweet and so flavorful. The salad seasoning is yummy. All fried stuff is well made, not oily and so crunchy. This time I tried Hachi tonkatsu, I think it is good but I still like pork more.

You need to call the service for a refill and they are very nice. They have good hospitality.

Note: No credit card, only transfer or cash The parking has a maximum of 3 slots No reservation,...

A gem off the beaten path.

The tonkatsu here is phenomenal. The pork tenderloin melts in your mouth while the panko coating delivers the perfect crunch. I loved it.

All the sides and condiments that were served with the tonkatsu were great too. But the tonkatsu was special.

Cute little place decorated in traditional Japanese decor.

Located at BTS Sanam Pao

If you’re looking for the best tonkatsu in Bangkok, then put on your pants and get down here.

I’ve read some complaints about the staff here. They might not be outgoing and extremely friendly but they weren’t rude and service was fast and accurate. They seemed to stay pretty busy with take-away orders but they come when you call them. No complaints from me there.

Having to wait in line with a life-sized Goku in front is not such a bad experience for DBZ lovers!

That aside, the tonkatsu is almost perfect. I mean, aside from the oilyness, it's pretty satisfying. The chicken katsu comes with an oily dip so it'd be better to yse the tonkatsu sauce provided at the table instead. The side dishs-which are refillable by the way- are excellent! Definitely have lots of the scrambled egg and pickled cabbage, and the wakame! The tofu could use heavier seasoning with shouyu. The miso soup provides a soothing finish to your katsu meal. Oh, the katsu is huuuge by the way!

Did I mention Dragon Ball? Because the whole restaurant is decorated in...
