We spent about an hour at this café before heading to the nearby Malaysian consulate.

Parking & Accessibility

Parking was convenient—we parked along the main road in front of the café and walked a short distance to climb the outdoor stairs leading to the entrance.

Ambiance & Ordering Process

The interior was clean, well-organized, and had a minimalist design, reflecting the typical franchised café ambiance.

Ordering was self-service—we queued at the ordering counter, referred to the menu on the display board, and made immediate payment upon ordering. After that, we selected a table, and our order was delivered within 10 minutes.

WiFi Experience

The café offers complimentary WiFi via PTT Station Free WiFi, with the password provided on the receipt. However, the instructions were in Thai, and setting up an account required a Thai SIM card for verification, making it complicated. In the end, I decided not to use the free WiFi.

Overall Impression

The prices were reasonable, and the taste was good, comparable to well-known franchised cafés in Malaysia, such as Starbucks or The Coffee...

The service was very unprofessional. I hadn’t even placed my order yet, but the staff member already started preparing a strawberry drink—assuming I would order a strawberry matcha based on a conversation I had with my kids.

When I requested a Strawberry Milk Frappe, the cashier told me it wasn’t available because they were closing in 5 minutes. However, when I checked on Google, it showed the café was supposed to close in 30 minutes (at 6:30 PM).

I'm not sure what the cashier and the barista were discussing, but they ended up changing my drink to a smaller cup. They laughed and said it was the same, then stirred the drink back after transferring it.

As for my Amazon Ice drink, even though I requested 50% sugar, it was still very sweet and the cup wasn’t even filled...

not tourist friendly. one of your worker makes fun of me when im ordering. after i received my drinks i asked where is my cake for take away. suddenly she gets angry and ask me to order first. then i gave her the receipt. she pointed a paper bag on the cake display cabinet aggressively said “you can take you can take” . like how can i know if thats mine😫 so...
