Jomhod Delivery Hatyai — Restaurant in Songkhla Province

I had a very disappointing experience with the food here. If you're a seafood lover, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. As a frequent traveler from Kuala Lumpur to Hatyai, I always look forward to enjoying fresh and delicious seafood, but this restaurant was far from it.

The seafood they serve is not fresh at all. The prawns were the smallest I’ve ever seen in Hatyai, the squid tasted stale, and the shellfish were tiny. Hoping for something better, I decided to try their pork ribs, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst pork ribs I’ve ever had. The flavor was so bad that I couldn’t even finish the dish.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to warn other tourists who might only have a short time in Hatyai. There are plenty of better seafood buffets and restaurants in the area that offer fresh and high-quality dishes. Please consider going elsewhere to avoid...

I think it’s great, especially considering the price—only 339 baht! The flavor is pretty standard, leaning on the sweet side, but still enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it to people who love pork ribs and sweet sauces.

However, if you’re a seafood lover, this might not be the place for you. The seafood basket felt more like a gimmicky side dish to complement the ribs rather than a highlight on its own.

ส่วนกุ้งถัง ของไม่สดสักอย่างเลย กุ้งให้ถังละ 3 ตัว อย่างอื่นจะเป็นปลาหมึกวง ซึ่งไม่สดเลย มีกลิ่น หอยตัวเล็กมาก ขนาดตัวหอยเล็กกว่าปลายนิ้วก้อยอีก ปลาหมึกที่เป็นเอ็นคือนิ่มจนรู้สึกว่าใกล้เสียแล้วรึปล่าว มีกลิ่น อ้อ พอขอกุ้งเพิ่มหน่อย เนื่องจากทุกอย่างแทบจะกินไม่ได้ พนักงานแจ้งว่าเนื่องจากเป็น “เฟรนไชส์” ต้องคำนึงเรื่องต้นทุนจึงไม่สามารถให้กุ้งเพิ่มได้ ถ้าหากต้นทุนสูงและเสิร์ฟอาหารแบบไม่ตรงปก ไม่มีคุณภาพ ก็ควรไปคำนวณต้นทุนทางบัญชีให้ดีกว่านี้นะคะ ปิดจบประเด็นนี้ที่ไม่สั่งเพิ่ม

ส่วนของเครื่องเคียง เช่น ต้มยำกุ้ง ไม่ต้องปกเป็นอย่างสูง กุ้งหดเหลือตัวนิดเดียว

ส่วนของเล้ง อยากให้ทางร้านลองชิมหรือดมกลิ่นของอาหารสักนิกก่อนนำมาเสิร์ฟ เช็คคุณภาพอาหารก่อน

พอมาถึงในส่วนน้ำ เราจ่ายราคา refill คนละ 39 บาท ซึ่งได้หยิบเครื่องดื่มเอสมาหนึ่งขวด และได้กินไปแค่ครึ่งเดียว แต่ที่ร้านชาร์จเพิ่มอีก 20 บาท ซึ่งไม่เข้าใจว่าราคาที่ชาร์จค่ารีฟิลไป ชาร์จเพื่ออะไรคะ? ถ้าจะมาคิดเพิ่มและเอาเปรียบกันแบบนี้

อยากให้ที่ร้านปรับปรุงและคิดถึงคุณภาพที่ควรเสิร์ฟให้กับผู้บริโภคอย่างจริงใจ การเปิดร้านเพื่อให้บริการถือเป็นการตัดสินใจแล้วที่จะต้อง fair กันทั้งสองฝ่าย ผู้บริโภคยอมจ่ายเพื่อให้ได้อาหารซึ่งมีคุณภาพ แต่ไม่คาดคิดถึงสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเช่นนี้ เราเองตั้งใยมาจากต่างจังหวัดเพื่อมากินร้านนี้โดยเฉพาะ...
