Kak Sah Muslim Kitchen — Restaurant in Songkhla Province

Kak Sah Muslim Kitchen in Hat Yai is one of my go-to places, and we always order their delicious roti canai and refreshing teh tarik. Anyway, during our last visit,we had miscommunication. We saw a picture and asked them if it was crispy fried chicken, but when the food came, it turned out to be fried chicken knee! Well, they weren't wrong, it was chicken, but just the knee part. They apologized and insisted on not charging us, but we insisted on paying even though we couldn't eat it. We had a good laugh and it made for a memorable experience at Kak Sah Muslim Kitchen. One of the cheaper options to have a good hearty Thai food during your trip to Hatyai. Take note I don’t say the cheapest. Service quality varies depending on the number of customers. Came here twice. A bit unlucky during first visit as I had to wait for nearly an hour just to have two fried rice for takeaway😅 But the second time we came during low season, the service was excellent. A perfect breakfast destination especially for those staying at B2 Hatyai Boutique Hotel. The restaurant is right next door to the hotel and serves Nasi kerabu, roti canai, Nasi campur, Nasi khao mok etc. The staff there speak Malay and the prices were ok.
